Lynn Muirhead
Founding Partner and Lead Consultant
With twenty-five years search experience, Lynn Muirhead brings significant international credentials in Asset and Wealth Management, Real Estate and Infrastructure. She has worked across multiple geographies and managed a diverse range of global assignments for leading asset management and real estate firms. Lynn consults on senior talent management strategies with a focus on leadership succession and diversity issues. Prior to forming Glencairn in 2017, Lynn worked with Odgers Berndtson and CTPartners (through their acquisition of Johnson). She spent eight years building a successful Asset Management and Real Estate practice at Johnson.
Lynn relocated to Australia in 2005. She previously ran the Asset Management practice at The Rose Partnership in London which followed an early search career in Edinburgh. Lynn is a Certified IECL Coach.

Lara Dombrovskis
Executive Assistant
Joining Glencairn on its formation in 2017, Lara Dombrovskis is charged with making sure everything works. She organises, administers and problem solves.
Prior to joining Glencairn, Lara spent 10 years with IBM as a Project Co-ordinator and Client Manager.

As a Senior Research Associate, Anna is responsible for leading our research efforts and supporting in the production of Research and Candidate Reports.
Prior to joining Glencairn, Anna was a business journalist for twenty-five years, specialising in Financial Services during which time she spent four years as a Sub-Editor with The Australian Financial Review.
